Miss Bala

Synopsis

Miss Bala is an American action drama film released in 2019 which immerses its audience in a tale of a young woman in a world of crime, power, and victimization. It is a remake of the 2011 Mexican film of the same title and was directed by twice nominated Golden Globe director, Catherine Hardwicke. After the accolades received for performances in Jane the Virgin, Rodriguez takes the title role proving again her ability to pull-in viewers. The film is a heartfelt tale of resilience, inner strength, and the courage to confront overwhelming odds.

The film focuses on the character Gloria Fuentes, a resourceful and goal-oriented make-up artist in Los Angeles. She learns Tijuana, which is the final goal and destination of her itinerary for a weekend mini trip to Mexico, is a place of her childhood. Tijuana located to the South of California was borderline Mexico, a place to cross to the U.S. to escape a third world country. Recollecting from childhood a place to call home is a blessing in Gloria’s situation. It is no wonder Gloria holds the trip to Tijuana in high esteem as an itinerary. It is therefore no wonder to Gloria holding this trip in high esteem. Gloria takes the trip to Mexico to accompany her best friend and attend the local beauty pageant.

To explain the unfolding mystery and how Gloria assumed the responsibility for untangling the dangerous situation, we need to go back to when she and Suzu, immersed in a carefree tension, were partying in a club. In the club, a hazardous event occurred, and Suzu inexplicably vanished. Gloria, attempting to find Suzu, has to contend with a dangerous entanglement involving the local police and a powerful, hidden entity, in addition to other, unidentified participants.

Gloria is soon contacted by a manipulative person, Lino, who was a powerful and dominating figure. Lino was aware to the extent that Gloria was capable and intelligent. Although scared and cautious at first, Gloria rationalized the need to defend herself and to save Suzu. More hurdles were placed in the way for making a rational and moral choice, and for defending those she commanded and loved.

The completion of the story provides Gloria with the experiences of overcoming fear and an evolution into the realm of autonomous and brave resourcefulness. The journey, however, will not be harmonious. The first Southern Californian border will be populated with the American Mexican immigrants, and Gloria will have to navigate the desert with only the aid of scant and fickle trust. The beauty pageants, which are all the naïve and young Gloria’s beauty, will border the beginning of the most barren chapters of Gloria’s life and signal the greatest emotional paradox reward of self compartmentalization. Living the pagean life will continue to build a false self. The ending of the film and romantic reward will have no real links to the emotions of the import. The desert will remain barren. The self reward will be through self centered and self imposed recircle and the real barring self.

The self centered recircle redemption will have with or will center on the self of only Gloria and will echo and describe numerous emotions. The hope, the real reward will not be vision and the reward will be seen.

The build to show the personal self centered recircle will be the real masterpiece. The film will remain there, and the challenge will remain with the self, the empty desert.

The import and emotions will be provided with the aid of a well known cast and a proper crew.
